Our Store Policies
The Heritage Artwork Online Gallery has been established with the aim of offering high quality original artworks in an easy to use, friendly and transparent experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more.
Shipping and Delivery
Free insured shipping is included on all purchases to UK Mainland destinations and Northern Ireland. A charge of £50 will be added for any overseas purchases outside of Mainland UK.
All pictures will be securely packaged and sent from our premises within 48 hours.
We use the Royal Mail 48 hours insured delivery service so in general your picture will be delivered 4 - 5 working days after cleared payment has been received.
Import Duties may be applicable in any country outside of the UK
and these will need to be paid by the Purchaser.
Returns
Heritage Artwork abides by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which means you can send a Picture back, for any reason, within 14 days of receiving it for a full 100% 'no quibble' refund.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
All prices quoted are the prices you pay, VAT or artists royalty will not be charged as extras.
Payment may be made by credit card, cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer or cash. Works will only be released after funds have cleared.

Retention of Title
Title of all works purchased from Heritage Artwork shall not pass to the buyer until the invoiced amount has been paid in full.

Website Images
Due to photographic variations, Heritage Artwork cannot guarantee that images of works displayed on this website are a true representation of those works.
