A beautifully painted 1914 WW1 watercolour in monochrome blue of two British 'Dreadnought' Battleships on the High Seas.
William Edward J. Dean was a prominent painter for Royal Crown Derby, one of the oldest porcelain manufacturer's in the UK, and from what I can discover had a long career with them from around 1900 - 1945.
