A fabulous pre WW1 Watercolour painting of Racing cars rounding the famous Ramsey hairpin bend (signposted in the Painting) at the Isle of Man TT (Tourist Trophy) course in 1914, the last year of racing on the Island before the First World War engulfs Europe and halts racing until it restarts six years later in 1920. When racing does resume it only lasts for cars until 1922, from then on it's for motorcycles only which has continued to the present day. The Isle of Man TT has today become the most glamorous, dangerous and famous (infamous?) road race in the World.
