A very unusual Piece that includes a beautifully drawn Boy Scout with the Union Jack Flag in pencil accompanied by a text that expresses all the main issues of the Scout Law, the principles that the Scouting Movement adheres to.
Doubly rare as the Artwork is signed by the North Liverpool Cubmaster, John H. Stark, to a brother Scout and dated 11 days after the Armistice of 11.11.1918.
